The Djerassi Resident Artists Program has supported more than 2,700 writers, visual and media artists, composers, choreographers, filmmakers, and scientists over more than four decades, offering a one-month residency on a 583-acre ranch in Northern California's Santa Cruz Mountains. The residency is provided at no cost to participating artists. Giving artists dedicated time and space, away from daily obligations, to focus on their creative work within a rural, scenic setting.
