Free, Straightforward Data and Image Import
For customers on Artist Master, Organization Standard, Organization Plus, and Organization Enterprise plans, we provide complimentary assistance with your first data and image import, as long as the migration is straightforward. If you have a simple CSV, Excel spreadsheet, or database export, we’ll securely transfer your artwork data, images, supporting documentation, and contact information at no extra cost.

- Map your information to the appropriate fields in Artwork Archive.
- Import and attach images to the correct records in your account.
- Help you get set up with onboarding so you can hit the ground running.
What to Expect for Complex Data Imports
If your data is more complex—perhaps you’re working with multiple sources, unusual formats, or additional processing—we’ll still work with you to ensure a smooth transfer. For these more complex imports, we’ll provide you with a custom quote based on the scope of the work involved.
Pricing for Complex Imports

Standard imports: If your import is relatively simple but not included in the free migration, we charge a flat rate of $100 for the service.

Custom quotes: For larger, more complex migrations, we charge $100 per hour for the extra work required. A detailed quote will be provided after assessing your needs.

The most important step is to export your data from your current system. Different platforms make this process easier or harder, but the goal is to obtain a CSV or XLS file. The more data and images you can export, the better! Artwork Archive can import everything from artwork details and images to contact info and supporting documents.
3. Onboarding
Once we have your data, our team will guide you through the onboarding process. We’ll ensure you’re familiar with the platform, and we’ll offer training to help you maximize its features for your collection.
Timeline
Once we receive your final import template, straightforward imports are typically processed within 3-5 business days. For more complex data migrations, the process usually takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the scope of the project.
