"It's perfect for gathering together work of a specific type, or from a particular collection, with filtering so I can share only what's relevant," she explains. "Before, I would have had to create a PDF, or a specific page on my website, which would take much more time and not look as professional."

"One time a gallery wanted works over a certain price, and I was able to collate and share everything I had in that category in a couple of minutes. Another time a collector wanted to only see paintings that were light in colour,"she recounts.

- Enter a title, description, and any optional details for your Private Room.
- Ensure "Published" is selected and add an optional passphrase for privacy.

- Click "Save Room" to create your Private Room.
