This lithograph is signed in pencil by the artist in the margin below the image lower right: Castellon. The image size measures 12 x 8 1/4 inches, printed on BFK cream color wove paper, full margins with deckle edge on the right and bottom sides, the sheet measures 14 7/8 x 10 7/8 inches. The lithograph comes unframed.
In 1969 Castellon was commissioned by Aquarius Press to illustrate Edgar Allan Poe's “Mask of the Red Death”. This lithograph is from a separate edition sold individually.
