"THE SEINE” 1937 SIGNED ORIGINAL LIMITED EDITION ETCHING BY FRENCH PAINTER AND ENGRAVER LOUIS-JOSEPH SOULAS (1905-1954)

This limited edition etching, titled "The Seine", is by the world renowned French engraver Louis-Joseph Soulas. The etching is initialed by the artist in the plate lower right corner: LJS and bears the MUSEE DU LOUVRE CHALCOGRAPHIE embossed stamp in the bottom margin center.

The image size measures 12 3/4 x 16 7/8 inches. The plate mark measures 13 5/8 x 17 5/8 inches. The etching is printed on wove paper which measures 18 7/8 x 26 3/4 inches. The etching comes unframed.
