You may submit multiple entries for different projects/works, there is no limit.

The South Arts Southern Prize and State Fellowships acknowledge, support, and celebrate the highest quality artistic work being created in the American South. The program is open to individual artists living in the South Arts region: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. The cohort of nine-state fellows will be selected through a two-tiered selection process by a national jury. A second national jury will select the Southern Prize Winner and Finalist. Jurors will make their selections based on artistic excellence that reflects and represents the array of artistic expression of the region. This program is open to visual artists in several categories.

The International Artist Residency Pedvale is now officially accepting applicants for their 2026 Spring Residency programme. They are inviting artists to apply for a 4 weeks long residency in March, April or May. Applications will be selected and 9 artists each month will have the opportunity to work creatively. The group will be formed according to a principle so that representatives of different areas would be included – visual artists, writers, dancers, performance artists. Pedvale Art Park & Artist Residency is located two hours northwest of Riga. Remarque Print Workshop is delighted to announce the Sixth Annual non-juried Remarque Print Exchange. Joining a print exchange is a great way to interact with printmakers around the world, to get some exposure for your work, and to see the techniques and creativity of many different artists. It’s also a great way to gain focus for your work! Exciting new opportunity for a local craft-based maker to undertake a residency in Studio 10 Project Space at East Quay, Watchet, West Somerset. The Nexus Fund is seeking Project Proposals as a part of their participation in the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Arts Regional Regranting Program. The Nexus Fund underwrites artist-driven projects that engage in risk-taking and experimentation, notably those projects that broaden critical discourse and challenge traditional assumptions. They are seeking proposals for projects – particularly those that are multi-disciplinary and collaborative – that provoke social engagement and center the diverse audiences living and working in Metro Atlanta.* The fund will disburse ten (10), $6,000 grants totaling $60,000.

The Anderson Center’s Winter Retreat program is a short-term residency during the organization’s off-season for artists and writers seeking concentrated creative time for reflection and the advancement of their personal artistic goals. The ​Crooked Tree Arts Center in Traverse City, Michigan, seeks artists for the national plein air painting festival, Paint Grand Traverse: a plein air affair, now in its seventh year. SooVAC invites guest jurors with local, national, and international reputations to select work from open submissions. Untitled offers artists the opportunity to work with a professional art space and influential art figures toward producing an exhibition with a highly regarded reputation. GUEST JUROR: Tamara Khasanova, an independent curator, researcher and writer based in Brooklyn, New York originally from Ukraine and Uzbekistan.

They invite creatives, particularly those with lived experience as members of the African diaspora: visual artists, sculptors, photographers, mixed media creators, and interdisciplinary artists to submit work that reflects the paradox of the American Revolution - the fight for freedom alongside the continued oppressions of the "darker brother and sister." This exhibition seeks to confront the contradictions embedded in the nation's founding and reflect on the ongoing work to achieve the unfulfilled promises of liberty and equality.

The Masur Museum of Art began building its collection in 1964 with the very first Juried Competition, when Ida Kohlmeyer, student of Mark Rothko, won first place, and the museum acquired her painting Immanence. Today, the collection houses more than 500 works, including pieces by internationally renowned artists such as Picasso, Renoir, and Rodin. Yet a significant percentage of acquisitions have come directly through the museum’s long history of Juried Competitions. They remain committed to supporting and advancing the work of contemporary artists across the nation through both exhibition and acquisition.

All The Small Things: A Small Works Exhibition invites South Jersey artists 18 years and older to submit up to three artwork sample work images that can be translated onto a 10 inch x 10 inch cradled wooden panel. Eligible media includes drawing, painting, collage, photography, watercolor, pastel, hand-pulled prints, mosaic, glass, ceramics, metal, jewelry, and wood. Artists can also submit finished artwork created within the past two years that comply with this 10 inch x10 inch x ⅞" inch cradled wooded panel specified for use in this exhibition.
