One-Way Traffic

This contemporary portrayal of reef life is completed in blocky acrylic style with textured passages and gritty surfaces. The bright parrotfish and the more illusive blue tang are all headed in one direction - hence the title. It also hints at the fact that the fish and the corals have no option but to continue in the direction we impose on them with the continued degradation of reef and sea conditions, due to acidification of the ocean, pollution from agricultural run-off, increased abandoned fishing gear and plastics etc. The list goes on... What can you do to help? Eat less meat for starters! Every little change in that direction counts.
