I used a cornucopia of references here: beginning from another of my “self performances” and layered with cranberry, breast, fish netting, eggs, and a crustacean, all signaling acts of harvest or harnessing, fertility and eroticism. It was the key piece for my solo show “A Sense of Heat in Her Brain,” whose title came from the first written description of a female orgasm.
