Inspired by my trip to Cornwall with walking and sketching, I spent some time by Penzance harbour, admiring the colourful buoys and the water. I loved this composition because of the tension between the boat hulls and the worker with his day-go safety jacket. When preparing for our Beyond Plastic Exhibition, I realised how much plastic and bright colour neon items are now an accepted part of our fishing industry.
