A reverse collage. The colors were added indirectly, poured onto the paper and poured THROUGH Japanese papers. Just before the paint dried, adhering the Japanese papers to the watercolor paper, I removed it leaving the reverse collage effect.

More structured and joyful than 3.1, the depth of emotion is no less intense. Complementary colors, opposites on the color wheel, play against and amplify each other in this painting. An exploration of hope that ideas, even on opposite sides, can find a place of respect and communication.
