Sometimes the seasons flow one into the other. Sometimes the seasons battle it out, the old not willing to let go and the new not willing to wait. This is a painting of contrasts. Transparent and opaque. Warm and cool. Bright and dull. In the end the elements find peace with each other and, together, each takes their place and moves forward.
