This vintage limited edition serigraph (silkscreen print) poster, after the acrylic painting on canvas titled “Supernovae” that the Optical artist Victor Vasarely created in 1959-61, was printed in Great Britain by A.J. Huggins and published by the Tate Gallery, London. Issued circa 1961- 64.
The serigraph, printed in black on white wove paper, was professionally adhered to a heavy board backing. The image size is 33 1/8 x 20 1/2 inches. The sheet and board size of the poster measures 36 x 24 inches. The poster comes unframed.
