I have always been magically drawn to deep blue-green water. As a small child, I stopped at a pond in the forest as if hypnotized, my gaze connected to the turquoise blue and the secrets that lie within.

Many years and various blue-green connections later, I learnt in Venice about the ancient wooden piles that have almost turned to stone and support this precious city out of the blue lagoon.
