Since its inception in 2012, Baton Rouge General's Arts in Medicine program has provided a vast collection of visual arts to enhance the culture of care within.
MessageNancy is a native of Louisiana and an Art Education graduate of Louisiana State University. She began painting when she was nine years old with her grandmother, who was also an artist. It was always her desire to be an artist when she grew up. She has studied under various artists, including Doug Walton, Wolf Kahn and Ann Templeton. Many of her compositions were done on location with other artists as they travelled in France, Greece, Guatemala and San Miguel, Mexico.
