Lee taught art in the classroom for over 30 years, the last 24 years as the Art Department Head of Runnels School.
In her spare time, Lee is the costume designer for the legendary Krewe of Yazoo Precision Lawnmower Drill Team whose members refer to her as the "MacGyver of Rubber Foam."
