The Shape of Becoming explores growth and alignment through layered geometric forms suspended along a vertical axis. Individually hand-cut glass elements in saturated reds, teals, smoky neutrals, and subtle gold accents create depth and movement within a luminous aqua field.

Fine linear detailing introduces architectural structure, while soft, painterly backgrounds add atmosphere and calm. As light shifts throughout the day, the layered glass reveals changing shadows and dimension, bringing the piece quietly to life.

I added a glass "tattoo" design on the whitewashed side of the wood panel which mimics the front and adds interest. This fused glass artwork is 24" x 6"x 2"and is ready to hang.
