To celebrate Pride month, the Riverside Arts Center is hosting an online exhibition that celebrates your pride! We ask for work that centers around LGBTQIA+ love, joy, and happiness. Please be respectful!
The Ypsi Fine Arts Club is launching an online-only gallery to showcase and promote the work of our talented members. This digital exhibition is designed to support artist visibility and aid in the sale of member work through our website and social media channels.

Artists may submit 1–3 works of art. All pieces will remain in the artist’s possession unless sold. When a sale occurs, Riverside Arts Center will facilitate buyer communication and coordinate pick-up or delivery with the artist and buyer.
A 10% commission will be retained by Riverside Arts Center on all sales. There is no fee to submit or participate.

Membership: Open to current members of the Ypsi Fine Arts Club. If you're not yet a member, please attend a YFAC meeting on the first and third Wednesdays of the month at Riverside Arts Center.
Age: All ages are welcome to submit. Artists under 18 must submit parental/guardian consent.
Original Work: Work must be the original creation of the artist. AI-assisted work must be disclosed at submission.
Medium: All 2D and 3D visual art forms are welcome, including painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, mixed media, digital art, and video.
Location: Priority may be given to artists living in Ypsilanti or the surrounding areas.
Condition: Work must be in sale-ready condition. Artists must be able to deliver the work to the buyer promptly if it sells.
Exclusivity: Submitted works must be available and not simultaneously committed to other sales venues or platforms.
Copyright: No work infringing on the intellectual property of others will be accepted.

Artwork Submission
- Up to 3 high-resolution images (JPEG or PNG, max 5 MB) Artwork must be photographed clearly. Artist will be asked to resubmit due to poor documentation.
- For each work, include:
- Title
- Medium
- Dimensions (Height × Width × Depth, if applicable)
- Sale price

Rules and Terms:
Exhibition Format: This is a digital exhibition only. No physical display will occur unless a work is sold.
Sales & Commission: Riverside Arts Center will retain a 10% commission on any sale resulting from the online gallery. Artists will receive payment within 30 days of sale completion.
Logistics: If a piece sells, Riverside will coordinate the transaction, including delivery or pickup. Artists must be responsive and prepared to facilitate handoff.
Promotion: Riverside may use images of submitted works for promotional purposes. Artists will be credited in all uses.
Withdrawal: Artists may request removal of work with two weeks' notice, unless the work is in an active negotiation for sale.
Liability: As this is a digital exhibition and the work remains in the artist’s possession, Riverside Arts Center is not liable for damage, theft, or loss.
