Refki El Razaz is an Egyptian visual artist and former committee member of the Fine Arts & Exhibitions sector at the Supreme Council of Culture, Egypt. Born on May 15, 1958, in Al Daqahlia, Egypt, he laid the foundation for his distinguished career by earning a Bachelor of Arts from the Faculty of Art Education at Helwan University in 1981.
Beyond his studio practice, El Razaz has contributed significantly to the regional art scene as a creative director and technical advisor for cultural projects in both Egypt and Jordan.
