Ammar Shiha, born in 1979 in the village of Harrania, Giza, is a distinguished Egyptian sculptor celebrated for his innovative contributions to public art and sculpture. A graduate in Languages and Translation, Shiha is a member of the Syndicate of Fine Arts and the National Society of Arts. He has been an active figure in the Egyptian art scene since 1997, participating in numerous exhibitions both locally and internationally.
Shiha's work is deeply rooted in the tradition of transforming raw and scrap materials into evocative sculptures. His expertise in large-scale field art has been showcased at prominent symposia such as the Marsa Matrouh Scrap Iron Symposium, the Emaar Egypt Symposium, and the International Forest Arts Symposium in Hurghada.
