Intricate coral reef life makes up this reefscape of a lush area to the west of Mobay - a favourite patch of reef hero and coral grower, Felix Charnley. Felix took the beautiful photo that I used to paint the scene from.

I used complementary colours and a scratch through technique with layers of thick acrylic paint to achieve the coral texture on the surfaces of the reef structures.
