Clyde Finlay is an International Artist who was born, raised and currently lives in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. After retiring from a long career in the Justice Department I graduated in Fine Arts. I enjoyed participating with passion in education, art workshops, art camps and art presentations in different capacities through art organizations at an international level and teaching.
