Winter Sunset on our Fossil Beach. Lake Ontario has the best sunsets. Taken on a chilly winter evening with no snow as yet. The trees block the wind and waves crashing on the shore. The shoreline transforms daily with a new elevation appearence every time we visit. Storms and 482 million years of time have contoured the beach. Ancient sea bearing fossils litter the surface masqaurading as stones.
