This painting is about opening to something bigger than self-concern, opening to the freshness of the moment.
Night can be a time of conflict in my mind, I often feel on-duty, as though I need to safe-guard my loved ones. This painting represents my night-time meditation to transcend dualistic thinking and focus’s on a mind filled with equanimity, peacefulness and presence.
