I am a creative and science professional with a passion for the natural world and inspiring curiosity in others through the intersection of art and science. My artwork consists of stylized realism that involves detail found in the natural world, with a hint of fantastical elements. My work as a science communicator involves partnering a background in biology and medical illustration with artistic techniques to communicate information through accurate and engaging media. With a multi-disciplinary background, my interests span from molecules and cells, to health and medicine, to plants and animals.

I work in a variety of traditional and digital media, including pen & ink, watercolor, and digital illustration. When I'm not creating artwork, I'm an avid reader and a reptile keeper who is always interested in learning more about herpetology.
