This vintage color photograph of bicycle riders at Burning Man 2002 is by the internationally known photographer SERGIO ORTIZ. Burning man is seen off in the distance in the photograph.

The theme in 2002 was “The Floating World” and the playa was filled with amazing mutant vehicles: the White Whale, the Shark, the Rubber Ducky, the Contessa and Drako, the Metal Dragon.

Signed by the photographer in pencil on the foam core board below the photograph lower right: Sergio Ortiz. The photograph is printed on satin photo paper and is adhered to the foam core board backing. The image size measures 12 5/8 x 18 5/16 inches, the photo paper measures 12 7/8 x 18 9/16 inches. The foam core board measures 14 x 18 9/16 inches. The photograph comes unframed.
