“PARTY CHUTES”, 1952 SIGNED ORIGINAL LIMITED EDITION LITHOGRAPH BY AMERICAN ARTIST AND PRINTMAKER LAWRENCE BEALL SMITH (1909-1995)

This limited edition lithograph, depicting children playing with parachutes, is signed in pencil by the artist in the margin below the image lower right: Lawrence Beall Smith. This lithograph was published by the Associated American Artists, New York in an edition of 250.

Lawrence Beal Smith is well known for his paintings and prints, often with children as their subject. This lithograph is an excellent example of the artist’s graphic work. The image size measures 9 3/4 x 12 7/8 inches, printed on cream color wove paper, the full sheet with margins measures 12 x 16 inches. The lithograph comes unframed.
