  • Artist: Paul Wunderlich (German, 1927-2010)

Paul Wunderlich is best known for his Surrealist work, erotic sculpture, and contributions to Magical Realism. He was born in Germany on March 10th, 1927. The second child of Horst and Gertrude Wunderlich, he studied art in Hamburg, graduating in 1951. After this he worked as a lecturer, teaching lithography and etching at the University of Fine Arts in Hamburg. His work is in famous collections across the world.
