Artist: Francoise Deberdt (French, b. 1934)
Françoise Deberdt was born in 1934 in Donnemarie-en-Montois (Seine et Marne). A studied at Applied Arts and the National School of Fine Arts in Paris (Atelier Legueult). Married to the architect Jean-Claude Bernard, 1st Grand Prix de Rome. Exhibited regularly since 1957. Master of the skills of printmaking, and painting including watercolors, she has had major shows throughout the world: London, Sydney, Tokyo, San Francisco, Amsterdam, to name a few prominent cities. Her formal art training took her to Paris, Legueult, and Rome. Her painting and graphic work are highly emanated throughout the world and housed in prominent collections and museums.
