Willy the Gillman found a cache of leatherbound books in the swamps near his
home in the Florida everglades. Within this pile of lost books was a volume of
Shakespeare plays. He was so enamored with the playwright’s work he began
reciting them regularly to pass the time in the lonely swamp. As he became more
familiar with the works, he memorized the verse and acted out the plays in a
constant one-man show that on a quite night, could be heard echoing throughout
the everglades.
