"A Crone's Odyssey" is my tribute to strong old women everywhere who have a wisdom and strength born from having lived a full life. It is a tribute to their creativity, their humor and perseverance in the face of enormous challenges. She is Ma Joad, the matriarch in "The Grapes of Wrath" and represents every woman everywhere who has had to uproot her family in times of famine, war, and persecution to find a new home.
