"LIFT ME UP" is a truly exceptional, extra-long vertical abstract painting. I deliberately chose this format to create an elegant statement piece that maintains an impressive presence even in narrow niches, next to doorways, or as column decor - and as a challenge for myself, because it's a difficult format to paint on!

In this composition, a vibrant interplay of delicate pinks, deep indigo, and bright yellow accents meet the primal, untreated texture of the natural canvas. I concentrated the painting's energy in the upper third: This is where an emotional burst is discharged through rapid, expressive brushwork in warm rosé and deep indigo. For me, this vivid core represents the title-giving moment of ascent or a profound sense of emotional clarity.

From this focal point, the paint flows downward in long, controlled drips across the calming expanse of the raw beige canvas. These vertical lines emphasize the dramatic height and convey a feeling of graceful movement and sophistication.
