This large abstract painting is a result of letting go. I didn't start with a plan for a season or a landscape; I simply followed the rhythm of the paint.
As the work evolved, an airy and loose energy took over. The paint found its own path, dripping down the canvas and creating a dynamic flow that feels natural and free. The vibrant interaction of fresh green and pink against the neutral raw linen eventually revealed a specific atmosphere to me, evokes the idea of flowers and plants.
The finished piece felt like a visual deep breath - expressive, colorful, and full of light. I titled it "A BREATH OF SUMMER" because it carries that unmistakable sensation of freedom and open space found in the warmer months.
