Are We There Yet? - Artist Within Gallery (2024)

July 12 - August 23, 2024 Cedars artists have vacation on their minds! This show is all about the journey as well as the destination. Think cars, trains, road signs, back seat snacks, postcards, gas stations, beaches, monuments and landmarks! We are happy to be joined by select artists from the San Anselmo community in this celebration of hitting the road and seeing the world.

Artist Within: A Cedars Showcase - Marin Community Foundation (2023)

February 16 - May 15, 2023 Cedars is pleased to present a survey of our artists’ work in an extensive exhibition at the Marin Community Foundation. Cedars artists are encouraged to express their artist within through a variety of mediums including painting, weaving, puppetry, jewelry making and sculpture. In addition to being professional artists, participants at Cedars are gardeners, animal caretakers, chefs, volunteers in their community, neighbors, and so much more. Cedars has been supporting individuals with developmental disabilities throughout Marin County since 1919 and is honored to share this work in the uplifting spaces of the Marin Community Foundation.

May 23 - August 24, 2024 Cedars artists are excited to share the joyful exuberance of their creativity for a second showcase exhibition at MCF. Taking advantage of the unique architecture, the show features big bold works in the grand open spaces as well as a series of intimate mini-shows in the smaller spaces. Enjoy this celebration of the uninhibited and deeply individual expressiveness of Cedars artists!

Big Expression - Fairfax Library Exhibit (2022/2023)

Each artist is committed to their craft in order to share their unique expression.

Breaking Through - O'Hanlon Center For The Arts (2024)

August 6 - August 8, 2024 Cedars is pleased to present a survey of select pieces at O'Hanlon Gallery. These works are not only objects to admire for their bold colors and delightful depictions: they can also be portals into very diverse minds. They give the viewer a glimpse into the fascinations, emotions, and perceptions of artists that are breaking through whatever barriers are in their way.
