He earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from a reputable institution, which laid the foundation for his successful career. In 1962, he founded Collins and Rimer Architects, Inc., which became one of Northeast Ohio's largest and most respected architectural firms, leaving an indelible mark on the region’s architectural landscape. Under his leadership, the firm gained acclaim for its commitment to excellence, creativity, and sustainability, completing numerous projects that enhanced both functionality and aesthetics in public and private spaces. Beyond his professional achievements, Bill was a dedicated philanthropist, actively promoting the arts, education, and urban development through various community initiatives. Additionally, he had a passion for watercolor painting, which allowed him to explore his artistic vision in a different medium. Bill’s legacy endures through his architectural work and his lasting influence on the community, inspiring future generations of architects and artists alike.
