Pierre Part Oaks: Hand oil embellished giclée on a framed cotton canvas of two actual oaks on the bayou a few yards from the tiny island with the statue of the Virgin Mary. St. Joseph Catholic and the Hwy 70 bridge are in the background. I omitted the house trailer, ice chests, trash and personal items that were also around these trees. Inspired by a Clark Huling painting that I saw-- probably 60 years ago and have never forgotten.
