- Apex in Conversation, 2012
- Steel and Red Rose Granite
- Inv: PA-00039
In the artist's own words: "[the piece] is designed to reflect the flow of a good conversation. As conversation develops, it works upwards, building in circular motion. When a mental understanding forms with whom you are speaking with, it’s as if you have reached the high point of the conversation, both in understanding and your feelings with that person. The seat, positioned in the cradle of the apex, is meant to instill the feelings of being in the conversation, listening, observing and interacting as the conversation develops around you."
