After the Silence captures the moment following stillness — when clarity begins to surface and structure gently re-emerges.
A horizontal axis carries a gathering of layered geometric forms, each carefully placed yet slightly varied in orientation, suggesting renewed movement after pause. The painterly background blends aqua, amber, and soft charcoal tones, evoking both sky and landscape.
Multiple kiln firings create subtle depth and shadow between the layered glass components. Fine linear detailing introduces architectural tension, while metallic accents catch shifting light throughout the day.
This vertical panel speaks to renewal, resilience, and the quiet power that follows reflection.
The fused glass artwork is mounted to a deep, 12"x24"x2" whitewashed wood panel and is wired and ready to hang. I also added my signature glass “Tattoo” to the side of the panel. The tattoo design mimics the design on the front of the panel.
