The two-part work was created at the beginning of 2024 and is part of my series of paintings about the popular lifestyle product SUV. The scene is set in a kitschy mountain landscape in which a confused-looking man with an oversized charging cable is looking for his car in front of a huge, tarred car park with a futuristic charging pole. The eco-friendly driver can afford to drive straight to the top. So what?
