These two cartouches are superimposed over branches of blooming wild roses with butterflies. The right-handle side of the pitcher on top features a rustic-framed cartouche with a lakeside scene complete with boat and building. It is superimposed over a spray of morning glories with two nesting birds. The right-handle side of the pitcher on bottom features an oval cartouche with two ducks at a lakeside and a rectangular cartouche with a woman waving goodbye to a ship. Both cartouches are superimposed over a trailing blackberry branch with fruit and bees. The inside rim and handle feature different varieties of ferns.
