'Church in McCloud, Oklahoma,' by John Wolfe, Acrylic on Panel Painting
In this Oklahoma landscape, a stark, primitive church with steeple is seen from its side with three stained glass arched windows and blank neon sign with arrow in the foreground. The white frame church is set against a bright blue cloudless sky. The sun's reflection and shadows are prominent against the surface of the church almost hidden behind the sign. Predominant colors in the painting are the white church against the intense blue sky with the grey geometric shapes of the church and steeple roofs and sign.
The painting is in excellent condition and is unframed.
