Israeli sculptor and experimental artist. Born 1928, Agam is known for his contributions to the kinetic and optical art movements. Agam studied at the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem and incorporates his religious philosophies and beliefs into his work. Currently lives and works in Paris, and explores the ways in which his art can engage and build upon the idea of spectator participation.
