Artist: Utagawa Hiroshige (Japanese, 1797-1858)
Japanese painter and printmaker. He is known for his popular woodblock prints that portrayed travel art. His kacho-e works depicting birds and flowers were also hugely successful. His work was influential in Europe as well with Toulouse-Lautrec and Van Gogh drawing inspiration from his unique compositions and perspectives.
