American photographer. MacDougall earned her BFA in photography at Rhode Island School of Design and an MFA in graphic design at Maryland Institute of Art. She explores the idea of maintaining balance in our daily lives using everyday objects and scenarios. She earned the Jack Parfitt Prescott Park Photography Award and has exhibited many times at the George Marshall Store Gallery, York, Maine.
