Internationally exhibiting American visual artist and activist. Multimedia art explores race, gender, and sexual identity. Best known for use of unconventional media, namely HIV+ bloor and pyrography. Began creating works with blood after an incident with an X-acto razor caused blood to spew from his leg. Since then, he has used his own blood and that of an anonymous friend to create his works.
