American architect. Harkey earned a Bachelor in Studio Art from Davidson College before getting a Masters Degree in Architecture from NC State University. He has worked on architecture projects throughout the country, including NCSU Park Shops Renovation and Addition, Barton College Studio Theatre, Triangle Brick Headquarters in Durham, NC, and a new academic building at John Tyler Community College.
