  • Artist: Peter Winslow Milton (American, b. 1930)

American printmaker, photographer and animator. Studied under Josef Albers at Yale University and graduated with MFA, 1961. Originally painter before color-blindness steered him to the black-and-white world of prints. Known for “Light Box Series,” collaging photographic images into luminous, maximalist compositions. His prints and animations are also just as intricately dense with curiosities.
