American artist. Maher received her BFA in Printmaking from the Rhode Island School of Design and her MFA from Cranbrook Academy of Art. Her visual art practice incorporates Japanese martial methods and Chinese meditative and healing arts. She has been working in drawings, installations and artist books for 25 years.
