French photographer. Laboile was originally a sculptor. He acquired a camera to photograph his sculptures and to create a portfolio of his pieces. He took to the medium of photography, and is now better known for his photographic works rather than his sculptures. Laboile's passion for entomology led to acquiring a taste for macrophotography. As a father of six, Laboile's later work focues on capturing moments when timelessness and childhood meet.
