Reichert grounds the viewer with "Jean Dry Lake, Squared," created from material collected at the site. This companion artwork—to "Artist at Jean Dry Lake, December 9, 2022"—brings the site into the gallery for the viewer to have an intimacy with the materiality of the site. With these two works, Reichert acknowledges Land Art as a media practice as much as it is sculptural.
