Natalie Delgado is a studio artist, muralist, and visual arts instructor based in her hometown of Las Vegas, NV. She has spent the majority of her life observing the natural world and the mutable relationships within it. Graduating from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with an emphasis in Biological Sciences and Art, Delgado inherently studies, analyzes, and reflects upon the natural surroundings she immerses herself in. Her work has progressively evolved and shifted toward a focus on the environment itself. The wildlife, terrain, and deserted architecture seeded throughout the Mojave Desert that she calls home, all parse the complexities of the natural world and the various relationships within it. It is these complex intricacies and interactions that Natalie is most interested in exploring.
